PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Connecticut academic libraries enrolled in CCALD/CLC Reciprocal Borrowing Program have agreed to extend full borrowing privileges to faculty and staff of other participating institutions. Borrowing privileges are granted for the academic year during which the application was made (July through June) and must be renewed each academic year. This service is made possible under the auspices of the Council and through the cooperation of the individual program participants. Participants agree to all the terms in the Reciprocal Borrowing Participation Agreement (see template below).
